Western FMCG company Responsibilitiesand duties: Responsibility scope – oil extraction plant, green field, fully automated processes; Main duties: Plan and control assets planned maintenance programs in order to ensure the outstanding running standards and safety conditions of the equipment, buildings, utilities, infrastructure Set up, continuously improve and manage systems for effective planning of equipment service / repair activities to contribute most in operations downtime reductions considering corporate safety / quality standards and operations costs effectiveness and efficiency parameters Manage and develop database systems to collect and process all data related to equipment units histories and behaviors incl. failures recording and analyses, services / repairs events, spare parts consumptions, performance monitoring etc. Collect and integrate in database all data related to required services and repairs as recommended by equipment manufactures, search for relevant information on equipment maintenance specifics from inside and outside the company. Collect and integrate in database all data related to the State regulations for equipment services / repairs. Set up processes and procedures, identify priorities, schedule activities related to daily regular and periodical instrumental and non-instrumental plans for equipment diagnostics. Take prime direct accountability for all diagnostics management including physical diagnostics planning / prioritizing / organizing / controlling / recording / data analyses / conclusions. Conduct data analyses and make forecasts of key equipment units reliability ratios and conclude most appropriate timing and scope of services / repairs required to ensure equipment performance with no failures. Generate daily / weekly task lists and monthly / annual maintenance plans by equipment units, coordinate and agree implementation schedules / needs for resources / spare parts demands and delivery timings with Production, Purchasing, Line Maintenance Engineers, other departments involved. Generate Spare Parts Demand to Purchasing and Spare Parts Storage Management to ensure spares / materials / tools availability for schedules equipment services / repairs. Record all service / repair activities per equipment units / parts of equipment in the systems, conduct data analyses and manage KPIs based equipment reliability reporting system. Train and educate operations personnel on Reliability Best Practices, tools and methods Participate in Corporate events, meetings. Occasional Business traveling. Skills and competences: University Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Experience needed (must have) 5 -10 yeas in the same field in an organization with well developed Reliability Management systems; Deep knowledge of World Wide Maintenance Best Practices; Written and oral English in Advanced level is a must; Leader; Decision taker; Analytical, self organized; Doer, but also team player, open, mobile; Innovative; Quick learner Ready to take responsibility, capable of instructing/teaching others. |
